Spiderman....

Patrick had a soccer game this morning and he finally went back out on the field and played!!! After two weeks of him refusing to play in a game, we figured out that he was afraid of the referees, they are 12 year old soccer players, he called them "the mean kids". So we explained to him that they were there to help him learn the game and they aren't mean and he decided it was okay to play again. Yay! And since he went out on the field he got to pick out a costume for Halloween afterwards, he chose Spiderman. He has pretty much worn his costume for the rest of the day and I think he will be wearing it everyday for a long time, but at least he's happy, and playing soccer again.

Here's a video of Spiderman and Emery playing outside. He calls himself Spiderman when wearing the costume, for example, Spiderman wants some milk. :)

And here's one of Emery. She was sitting in the red car saying "byebye" and waving before I went to get the camera and, of course, after I came back she wouldn't do it again, but I thought this was cute anyway.
